None of it will end up in your essay.

After (somewhat painfully) previewing all 370ish pages of A HUMUMENT, I have decided to claim page 173a. Phillips' art is indeed very strange, yet kind of interesting!
I've decided to choose page 21 of Phillip's art because it seems to have history, a story, and an interesting visual to it. I agree with Kevin, Phillip's art is very strange.
Page 33 is mine.. I chose that page because it was the first one that visually caught my eye and stuck to me, after viewing all the pages of Phillips Humument. (all 370 pages)
I chose page 131. What attracted me to that page were, what appaers to be, three butterflies. When I clicked on it to zoom in the writing, I was really interested in what it said. I'm really anxious to find out more about what the artist meant with his words and why he drew the butterflies on the page.
After going through all the different pages i have finally decided that page 179 is MINE. When i clicked onto this piece i read the words and then laughed our loud. The picture humors me and i think i can come up with something clever for this assignment.
After viewing the thumbnails of all the pages in A HUMUMENT, a few pages capture my attention. Of these pages, my favorite one is Page 263. The reason for this is the words on the page leads me into thinking about the deeper meaning behind the image. Also, the colors are motivating. The image of leaves-like figure also capture my attention.
I really wanted to do the one that Mr. G posted underneath fourth step. I looked in the gallery and could not find it.
Out of all the 370 pages the only really picture that stood out to me was 230. The Humument gallery was interesting and many pieces of work overlapped having many of the same colors which made the art to me stand out because they all looked related yet different like they are telling a story.
I will choose page 9. I like it because it has many different patterns and shapes.
After searching 370 humument gallery, I decided to pick page 12. Not only is this humument attractive to the eye, but the words also have a lot of meaning, too.
I call dibs on page 94. The choice of words spark my thoughts and I like the quote that Phillips chooses to place at the center of the page.
i'm choosing page 50 because it's green.
Hey... After looking at all those pages (Oh my)... I have chosen page 203...I think it's an interesting one and I liked the colors and the way they appear.
I am going to do mine on PAGE 25. The image of the sun in the picture should give me a lot to talk about. Also, the few words that are highlighted on this page are very interesting...
235 IS MINE! GET AT ME!
I think I will take page 100 the one with the puzzles because it is interesting and might be challenging
the one i chose was 123... the reason why i picked this one is because it had to do with music and the colors were purple and green and i like purple and LOVE green..... and on top of that it has a butterfly on it!!! YAY!
I'm going to tackle page 210. The colors are very interesting and the words are powerful. I'm excited to look more into this.
191 is totally mine. Stylish.
After going through them multiple times...I PICKED NUMBER 29!!!! It stuck out to me and it's really pretty! :)
170 belongs to me.
I pick page 18.
I choose page 55, because it really caught my eye and looks interesting.
ummmm page 223, because it sticks out to me. I just went with what caught my eye first.
I choose 56 =)
i call page 119!
oh gosh, its so hard to pick one... but i choose page 104 because the colors fascinate me.
Dibs on pg. 207! After looking through 370 pages, I realized that it was hard to choose just one page. :p
I guess I'll do 206, since no one has chosen it yet. The boxes and blurred picture are cool.
I choose to do page 305. The words and the painting seem interesting and very symbolic.
I choose 191!
27 !
Im choosing PG # 326
I'm doing page 3!
i am going to do page 208!
Yo I stake my claim for 118!
It was so hard to pick one!!!!!
Page 155 for me.
hmm i thought I had already posted this. Anyway I've been working with number 210.
Page 30
146
it's a circle
I chose page 200 because of how colorful it is and how it caught my eye as i was strolling through all the pages.
i choose 82
231 oops good thing no1 picked it yet
264.
Had to change mine to 286.
307 siGH: because its the only painting that I actually can make out what the shapes is suppose to be. I am not an art person but some reason I feel like I could so do my own Humumuent prints. =D
I meant 305
128 because i like the colors and patterns and it talks about music, which i'm a fan of
Doesn't seem like anyone has it but I choose page 304 because of how colorful it is!
I'll take page 6.
Without going through the later pages, i figure that the further the page number, the harder it'll get. Considering that if u open some random book and read page 230, u will be completely lost. Unless of course, you read pages 1-229 first and understand those previous pages well enough. Though understanding those pictures is a feat in itself, so I'm going to focus on the beginning of the Humument thing.
Basically, what i mean is, it should be easier to first understand the setting of Toge's story. So I'm doing page 6, because it seems to be where Toge is first brought up.
i'm going to pick page 15 because it words of description has powerful meaning and it kind've symbolizes and describes the process of growing into adult hood and the steps that one goes through in order to succeed
I choose page 5.
I chose P. 14 for my paper.
Page 77
I chose page 11.
