Please consult the following page. Everyone needs some help with pronouns! I expect you to ask questions on what you need help on in class. But from now on, your writing needs to banish 2nd person and your pronouns must agree with its antecedent.
Remember not to use your last name. Did you spell check and reread before you make this public information? Intellectual dialogue is the goal. Always stay appropriate and avoid sarcasm!
Did anyone catch that my pronoun did not match its antecedent in my post?
ReplyDeleteThe last phrase should have read..."and your pronouns must agree with their antecedents", since the antecedent of the pronoun was plural.
I was hoping someone called me out. Oh well.
